Back road to Keighley used by cyclists while cars can use bypass, 40mph speed limit makes cycling less safe, otherwise people could commute by bicycle to and from Keighley. Consider cycle lanes and 20mph or 30mph speed limit.
The surface of the Leeds and Liverpool Canal towpath deteriorates as it leaves the Leeds metropolitan area.

This is marked on maps as a route cyclists can use but there are big rocks which mean you need to stop to negotiate, and the route has been water damaged and overgrown.

Airedale GH is a major employer with lots of staff living and commuting locally. There are no segregated cycle routes along the busy A6265 which also serves schools and as a route to the local station
